We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — but because our products are intimate apparel, returns are only accepted when an item is clearly defective. We use real fabrics, real women, and real care in every stitch, so we want you to love what you wear and feel confident knowing your purchase is handled with integrity.

Refund Policy

At Organic Peach, your comfort and confidence matter.
To protect our customers and meet hygiene regulations, underwear and intimate apparel are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged once worn or removed from their original, sealed packaging.
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:
•     The item is clearly defective (e.g., damaged stitching, faulty elastic, or material flaw)
•     The defect is reported within 7 days of delivery
•     The item remains unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
To request a refund or replacement:
1.     Email our support team with your order number and photos of the defect.
2.     Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or send a replacement.
3.     Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
We do not accept returns for:
•     Items worn, washed, or removed from sealed packaging
•     Size or fit preferences
•     Normal wear and tear
We appreciate your understanding and support of small‑batch, handmade apparel — each piece is crafted with care, and we want every peach to feel good in what she wears.
